The appellant in W.A.No.2081 of 1998 is before us in this contempt petition. It is the grievance of the complainant that though a positive direction is issued by this Court while disposing of I.A.No.34 of 2007, the respondents have not complied with the aforesaid directions. It is stated that the action of the respondents is not only contemptuous, but also bring down the prestige of this institution.
In view of the above, the contempt proceedings requires to be dropped and it is dropped. Ordered accordingly.
