J U D G M E N T
H.L. Dattu, C.J.:
This court by order dated 13.02.2006 in O.P.No. 18698 of 1998 had directed the respondent herein/1st petitioner in the Original Petition, to finalise the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner herein/5th respondent in the Original Petition, within a time frame. Alleging that said direction in the aforesaid Original Petition, has not been complied with by the respondent, the petitioner herein has filed this Contempt case, inter alia requesting us to initiate appropriate proceedings for the so called wilful and deliberate disobedience of the orders and directions issued by this court, by the respondent.

for the respondent herein, we are of the opinion that there is sufficient compliance of the orders and directions issued by this court . In view of the above, no further proceedings against the respondent need be proceeded. Therefore, the proceedings are dropped.
