Alleging that the respondents have not complied with the orders and directions issued by this Court in R.P.No.624 of 2006 in W.P.(C).No.11000 of 2006 dated 18th September 2006, the petitioner is before us in this contempt petition with a request to initiate appropriate proceedings against the respondents for the so-called disobedience/non-compliance of the orders and directions issued by this Court.
