Alleging that the respondent has not complied with the orders and directions issued by this Court in D.B.A.No.108 of 2006 dated 4th January, 2007 the complainant is before us in this contempt petition. He requests us to initiate appropriate proceedings against the respondent for his wilful and deliberate disobedience of the orders and directions issued by this Court.
