JUDGMENT
Govt. Pleader submits that order dated 14.3.2007 has been passed by the Government in purported compliance of the directions issued by this Court in judgment dated 18.1.2007. Learned senior counsel on going through the order submits that the Government have not passed an order in accordance with law. I think that challenge will have to be made in appropriate proceedings, if so advised. Without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge order dated 14.3.2007, contempt of court case is closed.
