Request made by the petitioner as per Ext.P3 has been rejected by the first respondent stating that there is no existing vacancy of Junior Health Inspector in Guruvayoor Devaswom, and therefore, the petitioner's claim cannot be acceded to. If the petitioner feels aggrieved by the order passed on 6.2.2007, he is free to seek appropriate reliefs by instituting fresh proceedings. Without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 6.2.2007, this writ petition is disposed of.
