JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking
direction to the respondents to deposit the
balance award amount with interest.
Admittedly, deposits were made by the K.S.R.T.C. towards the award amount. If there
is any balance amount yet to be paid/deposited, the remedy of the petitioner is to move the Tribunal concerned seeking to recover such balance amount. According to the petitioner, he has already preferred Ext.P2 in this regard. If such an application is still pending and not disposed of, the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal shall look into the same and pass appropriate orders.
Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
