JUDGMENT
Petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ
petition, as obviously a mistake was crept in mentioning the number of vehicle in respect of which a pucca permit is said to have been issued. He wants to file a fresh writ petition
showing the correct number. As far as the
vehicle shown in the writ petition is concerned, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that no pucca permit is issued. In such circumstances, no relief can be granted in this writ petition. Without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file any fresh writ petition showing the
correct number of the vehicle, this writ petition is dismissed.
