JUDGMENT
Petitioner was the revision petitioner in
MVARP.No.16/2006, which was ultimately allowed by the State Transport Appellate Tribunal,
Ernakulam by Ext.P6 order. The contention of
the petitioner is that all the timings are not
clash free but in the absence of any materials
the correctness of which could not be
assessed. So, the Tribunal directed the
Secretary to convene a timing conference and consider the objections raised by the
petitioner and to make modification, if any, required. The order is dated 10th May, 2006. But the grievance of the petitioner is that so
far no timing conference is held as directed in Ext.P6.

appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the direction contained in Ext.P6 will be complied with and dispose of the matter within a period of four months. This is recorded.
