JUDGMENT
The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to disburse the pensionery benefits as per the 1997 pay revision including arrears due to the petitioner with interest. Even though there is mention of representations petition filed by the petitioner, none is produced.
The writ petition is disposed of as follows: If the petitioner makes a representation before the DEO, Irinjalakuda seeking for the benefits claimed in the writ petition within a period of three weeks from today, the DEO will consider and take a decision thereon in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. A copy of this judgment shall be produced along with the representation.
