Smt.M.S.Swathi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri.H.B.Rudresh, learned counsel for petitioner submits that needful is not done. Hence, she seeks time.
order:-
"This Court on 27.06.2025 made an order that there was no representation for the petitioner; finally, a week's time was granted to do the needful.
Today, the matter is listed for non furnishing of PF, etc., for issuance of notice to respondent No.4. There is no representation for the petitioner when the matter is called in the morning session as well as in the afternoon session.
It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. However, to show one indulgence, time is granted till 14.07.2025 to furnish PF, etc., for issuance of notice to respondent No.4. It is made clear that if needful is not done, appropriate orders will be passed.
Re-list on 15.07.2025."
