Sri M.S. Bhagwat, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Sri Sathish K, advocate for petitioner submitted that petition was filed challenging proceedings in Spl.CC.no.16/2009 on file of LXXVI Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge and Special Judge at Bengaluru.

Though various grounds were urged in petition, this Court which had initially granted an interim order had later vacated it and impugned proceedings had progress. It was therefore submitted that petitioner would urge grounds urged herein before trial Court at time of hearing of main matter and
