This writ petition is filed seeking for following reliefs-

(a) Issue a writ of Certiorari, quashing the FIR no. RC0372020A0017, drawn against the petitioner, for the offences punishable under Section 120B r/w 420 of Indian Penal Code and sections 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, pending in the Court of the XXI Additional City Civil Court and Sessions Judge and Special Judge for CBI cases, (CCH-4), at Bangalore, vide Annexure -B, in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience.

(b) Grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.

5. It is submitted that since the present petition is filed challenging only complaint and not subsequent charge sheet challenge of which in any case has been rejected, petition is rendered infructuous.
