in respect of the other wards the number of voters are in excess of 25,000 and in that background he submits that the representation which has been submitted by the petitioner to increase the number of voters in Nandini Layout Ward be considered by the respondents. It is in that background, the representation dated 01.12.2025 had been submitted by the petitioner for increasing the number of voters in the ward.
