Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following

reliefs.

(a) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the application dated 27.03.2025 produced at Annexure'A', seeking issuance of E-Khata, within a time-bound period, in respect of the property bearing Gramathana House List No. 108, old Khata No. 163 and 167/A, Property No. 108/1, measuring 30 20 feet, situated at Doddanagamangala Village, Begur Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk, acquired under a registered sale deed dated 28.02.2022.

(b) Issue such other Writ or order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant under the circumstance of the case in the interest of justice and equity.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the offline application for transfer of Khata in a physical format filed by the petitioner has not been considered from March 2025, and it is in that background, the above writ petition has been filed.
