The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following relief:-

a) To quash/set aside the notification dated 24.02.2022, issued by the respondent vide its No.OE 191 PPE 2021 (E) which is produced at Annexure-A

b) Consequently pass the order to continue the appointment of Special Public Prosecutor one Mr.B.R.Srinath, Advocate, Azad Chock, Chintamani Taluk, Chikkaballapur District to conduct the case of the petitioner in S.C.No.100/2014 by confirming the notification dated 09.09.2015 vide its No.OE 303 PPE 2015 which is produced at Annexure-D

c) To grant cost of this petition to meet the ends of justice.

b) And also grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit considering the facts and circumstances of the case, to meet the ends of justice.
