ORAL ORDER

1. Sri K.Rajashekar, learned counsel is directed to take notice for respondent No.1.

2. Learned AGA is directed to take notice for respondent No.2.

3. Notice to respondent Nos. 3 to 7 is dispensed with in view of the memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

“WHEREFORE, in light of the

aforementioned grounds and grounds to be urged at the time of hearing, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:

(a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent No.2 to forthwith implement and give effect to the orders dated 16.08.2025 (Annexure- B) and 24.09.2025 bearing No. gÉÃgÁ/PÀAzÁAiÀÄ /833/2025-26/3443 (Annexure-C) passed by Respondent No.1 in Complaint No.CMP/00833/2024, and consequently take all necessary steps in accordance with law to recover the awarded amount from Respondent Nos.3 to 7 and deposit the same before the competent authority;

(b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent No.2 to initiate and complete proceedings for attachment, seizure and sale of the movable and immovable properties belonging to Respondent Nos.3 to 7 in accordance with the order bearing No. gÉÃgÁ/PÀAzÁAiÀÄ/ 833/2025-26/3443 24.09.2025 (Annexure-C) passed by Respondent No.1, and the provisions of Sections 158 to 197 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, and to recover the awarded amount from Respondent Nos. 3 to 7 and deposit the same before the competent authority;

(c) Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity.”

5. The grievance of the petitioner is that the order passed by respondent No.1 dated 24.09.2025 in complaint No.CMP00833/2024 has not been implemented by respondent No.2.

Learned AGA on instructions submit that now a Special Deputy Commissioner has been appointed and a Standard Operating Procedure is formulated for the manner of implementing of the orders passed by the RERA and it is in pursuance thereof that the Special Deputy Commissioner would implement the said orders within six weeks time.

7. If the said submission of learned AGA answers the grievance of the petitioner, placing the said submission on record, the petition stands disposed
