The Petitioner in W.P.No.11841/2026 is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

1. Set aside the communication dated 27.02.2024 bearing number KaiE/Javali/VappaA/Anumodane Samithi-7/2023-24/2009 issued by the 2^nd Respondent vide Annexure-A

2. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ or order or direction directing the 2^nd respondent to consider the representation dated 02.03.2026 furnished by the petitioner vide Annexure-V and forthwith release the entire subsidy amount.

3. Pass such other order/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity.
