The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

“WHEREFORE, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to:

A. ISSUING A WRIT OF CERTIORARI or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing and setting aside the Impugned Order dated 15.05.2026 passed by 2^nd Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Bengaluru, (Urban) at ANNEXURE-F in Consumer Complaint No.26/2025.

B. Direct the Ld. Commission to examine the nature of the Authorization Letter and direct the Respondents to proper and sufficient authorization on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and pass necessary orders in accordance to the provisions of law;
