Learned HCGP accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

The grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is to direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the representation dated 01.06.2024 (Annexure-A).

Learned counsel Sri. Dharmapala Gowda. A, appearing for the petitioners submits that the claim made by the petitioners is as per the partition deed and therefore, sought for interference of this Court.

Per contra , learned HCGP Sri. Spoorthy Hegde. N, appearing for the respondents submits that the SARFAESI Act (Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002) has been invoked

in respect of the subject matter of the land and the same is pending consideration before this Court in WP.No.4000/2024 and therefore, sought for dismissal of the writ petition.

In the light of submission made by the learned

counsels appearing for the parties, as this Court has already disposed of WP.No.4000/2024 on 06.03.2024 as per the averments made at Annexure-A. I am of the view that, respondent Nos.3 and 4 are directed to consider the representation dated 01.06.2024 at Annexure-A in accordance with law within a outer limit of three months from the receipt of copy of this order. With this observation the writ petition is

disposed of .
