ORAL ORDER

The present writ petition is filed seeking the following

prayer:

“i. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to include the names of the Petitioners in the final eligible borrowers voter list and to permit the petitioners to Cast the vote in the election to the committee of management of the 5^th respondent society schedule to be held on 28/12/2025 as per the Calendar of events dated 08/12/2025 published by the 4^th respondent vide ANNEXURE-A by allowing this writ Petition in the interest of justice;

ii. To issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 4^th respondent to declare the election results of the 5^th respondent society after completion of the election process in accordance with law.”

The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5/Officer submits that, as per the order dated 26.12.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioners have been permitted to vote and now nothing remains to be adjudicated.
