"The undersigned counsel for the Petitioner respectfully submits that the Petitioner has since been enlarged on bail in Crime No. 104/2025 registered by Malpe Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 352, 351(3), and 3(5). In view of the grant of bail, the present petition filed under Section 482 of the BNSS has become infructuous. Hence, the Petitioner seeks leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the petition
