The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the

It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of writ directing the 1 Respondent to confirm if Rs.3,63,89,643/ has been paid to the 2nd Respondent and with Rs. 18,06,953/ being offered to be deposited with the Registrar of Hon'ble DRAT Chennai, the entire debt stands discharged vide 2nd proviso to Sec 18 (1) of the Sarfaesi Act of whichever is less and adjudicate on merits especially of the claim being barred by limitation and pass suitable such order or further orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case and thus render justice.
