1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a. Issue a writ of appropriate nature to quash the tender notification dtd 23.02.2024 in enquiry No.BESCOM/2023-24/SE0110 vide Annexure-G issued by the respondent-BESCOM.

b. Issue a writ of appropriate nature directing the respondent-BESCOM to consider the representation dtd 18.10.2023 vide Annexure-F.

c. Pass such other orders as may be deemed appropriate in the interest of justice and equity.
