The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

I. Issue Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ or order quashing the HaGuPa/E-Tender/1/2025-26 dated 13.10.2025 issued by the Respondent no. 2, and the endorsement dated 21.10.2025 in SaRa/HaGuPa/01/2025-26 issued by the Respondent no. 2 in the interest of justice. II. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or order or direction directing the Respondents to accept the payment for the year 2024-25 and 202526 as per the notice dated 30.04.2025. (produced at Annexure

The contention of the petitioner is that due to financial stringency the petitioner could not make payment of the fishing license fee. Despite the tender having been issued by respondent there being no responsive tenderers, the tender has not been successful and as such the petitioner has come forward to make payment of the pending amounts as also the future license fee within two weeks from today.

Learned AGA on instructions submits that if such payment is made, respondent would consider the same and reissue the fishing license to the petitioner.
