"That the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner do not wish further to prosecute the matter in view of the fact that the government is reconsidering the case on hand in accordance with law. In that view of the matter, the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with the liberty which may be available in accordance with law. Hence the memo may be taken on record and the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty
