Petitioners, having argued the matter for some time vociferously, now seek leave of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to agitate all the grounds during trial of the Criminal Case pending before the Special Court. The said memo reads as under:

" The petitioners herein humbly submit that they are withdrawn the above Writ Petition in the interest of justice and equity."(sic)

Learned Additional Government Advocate, who also

opposed the petition, is agreeable with this proposal.

In view of the above, petition is disposed off as

withdrawn with liberty as sought for.
