The petitioners (Smt Kamakshamma and Smt K Vijayalakshmi) had moved this Court under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the order dated 13.3.2013 passed by the Land Tribunal, Anekal Taluk, Anekal (Annexure-A). On the day of hearing there was no representation for the petitioners even on the second call. By order dated 25.06.2024 the Court had directed the petitioners' counsel to file the necessary application to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.3(c) on record; this direction remained uncomplied with. Observing that, though the matter was of the year 2015, the petitioners appeared not interested in pursuing the writ petition, the Court dismissed the writ petition for non-prosecution.
