Learned Senior Counsel Sri V.S.Naik appearing for the petitioners has filed a memo dated 20.06.2025 stating that in the 15^th Empowered Meeting held on 08.04.2025 under the Chairmanship of the Chief Secretary, Government of Karnataka, certain decisions were taken touching upon the subject matter of the writ petition.

Learned Senior Counsel submits that in this writ

petition the petitioners are seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-State Government to transfer/execute sale deeds in favour of the petitioners pursuant to the acquisition made by the State Government in favour of the petitioners.

petitioners, this Court is of the considered opinion that when the matter has not been heard by this Court and it is only a mandamus that is sought by the petitioners, no

harm or prejudice will be caused to the respondents if liberty which is sought for is granted.
