Government of Karnataka, certain decisions were taken touching upon the subject matter of the writ petition.

Learned Senior Counsel submits that the petitioners are before this Court in these writ petitions seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the respondentState Government to ensure that the awards are passed pursuant to the final notification issued. However, having regard to the recent meeting and the developments, the petitioners seek leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in the future, if need so arises.
