Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo seeking withdrawal of this petition.

2. The memo reads as under:

The petitioner most respectfully submits that the parties have reported settlement before V Addl. Family Court in MC No.5816/2018 as per the Memorandum of Settlement dated 04/10/2021 and further he states that the parties have agreed for reunion and they have been living together happily ever since the said memorandum of settlement. The petitioner further states that as per clause 7 of the Memorandum of Settlement referred to herein above the petitioner has agreed to withdraw this Writ Petition and hence, this Memo for Withdrawal is being filed by the petitioner through his counsel on record. The true copy of the memorandum of settlement dated 04/10/2021 is produced as ANNEXURE-A for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court.
