The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order of suspension dated 27.11.2025 passed by respondent No.2.

Admittedly, the petitioner is an employee of respondent No.3. It is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that respondent No.3 is registered under the provisions of the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959 (hereinafter called as, 8 the Act of 1959 9).

The petitioner is required to raise a dispute under Section 70 of the Act of 1959. However, the petitioner, without exhausting the equal, effective and efficacious remedy, has approached the Writ Court. As such, the writ petition filed by the petitioner cannot be entertained.
