ORAL ORDER

The petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a Mandamus directing respondents 3 to 8 to consider the case of the petitioner for the appointment to BSF, CRPF or ITBP as UR candidate, sought a Mandamus directing respondent No.3 to act upon the endorsement dated 22.10.2024, made by respondent No.5 vide Annexure-J to appoint the petitioner by treating him as UR/GM candidate, and also sought a Mandamus to consider the representation dated 06.06.2025 made by the petitioner to respondent No.3 vide Annexure-Q7 dated:06.06.2025.

Learned counsel for the respondents filed a memo along with a communication dated 16.12.2025, wherein it is stated in paragraph No.3 which reads as follows:

"3. SCC further directed that, offer of appointment and appointment order may be issued to the above petitioner/ candidates on

receipt of their dossiers from concerned Recruitment Center (RA) (CRPF). However, dossiers of the above re-allocated candidates has not been received by this HQ. Hence, on receipt of dossiers, the same will be scrutinized by a constituted departmental board of officers of BSF and offer of appointment will be issued accordingly."

In view of the communication dated 16.12.2025, wherein the respondents after scrutinising the records, offered an appointment to the petitioner. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to complete the exercise of scrutinising, and offering of appointment within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
