The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider her representation dated 23.01.2016 vide Annexure 'Q', wherein she has requested for her appointment on compassionate grounds.

The petitioner has produced the endorsement dated 26.02.2016 issued by respondent No.2 vide Annexure 'P', which discloses that the father of the petitioner was unauthorisedly absent from duty and he was removed from service on 22.07.2002. The father of the petitioner passed away on 15.04.2008. The respondents have already considered the representation of the petitioner and issued an endorsement vide Annexure 'P (Annexure 'R3').
