Writ Petition (S-RES) under Article 226 of the Constitution of India: The petitioner, working as Attender (D Group) in the office of the Branch Manager, K.S.F.C., Haveri Branch, sought a mandamus directing respondent No.1 (Karnataka State Financial Corporation) to consider his representation dated 08.05.2025 (Annexure-L) requesting regularisation of his services and extension of pay scale on par with colleagues in terms of the appointment orders dated 15.02.2025, with consequential monetary benefits, in terms of the order passed by this Court in Sri. Lava and Others v. The Karnataka State Financial Corporation and Others (WP No.13048/2019, disposed of on 23.05.2023). Respondent No.1 had not passed any order on the representation. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that, if reasonable time was granted, respondent No.1 would consider the representation and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated 08.05.2025 vide Annexure-L submitted by the petitioner, wherein he has requested respondent No.1 to regularise the services of the petitioner in terms of the order passed by this Court in the case of Sri. Lava and Others Vs. The Karnataka State Financial Corporation and Others¹ . Respondent No.1 has not passed any order on the said representation. Hence, this writ petition.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that, if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.1 will consider the representation vide Annexure-L, and would pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
