The undersigned counsel for Petitioners herewith submits that, the present petition was filed challenging the preliminary notification, and in view of the final notification dated issued by the Respondents, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the Petitioners are withdrawing the present petition with a liberty to challenge the said final notification.

In the circumstances, the Petitioners pray this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the Petition as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition to challenge the final notification in accordance with law.
