Muniyappa, seeking mandamus directing respondent Nos. 2 and 3 (the Housing Commissioner, Karnataka Housing Board, and the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Karnataka Housing Board) to consider his representation dated 08-01-2025 (Annexures-Aag & AAh) demanding compensation for the acquisition of 2 acres 2½ guntas in Kadujakkanahalli Village, Jigani Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru Urban.
