In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing memorandum dated 06.09.2022 (Annexure-E) as to the transfer of Archaka from Shree Halladha Rameshwara Temple, Beekanahalli, Hassan Taluk.

In that view of the matter, as the said memorandum has been made pursuant to the registration of Crime No.74/2022 on the file of the Hassan Rural Police Station.
