The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:

Wherefore the Petitioner above named prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant the following:

I. Issue Writ in the nature of mandamus or any writ or order directing the Learned Trial Judge to dispose of the petition for divorce in M.C.No.5312/2023 pending on the file of II^nd Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru within an outer limit of 6 months period.

II. Issue any other writ or order/s as this Hon'ble court deems fit to grant under the facts and circumstance of the case."

The M.C. is of the year 2023. Considering the pendency in the II^nd Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders directing the Court for a time bound disposal. However, considering the submission that the matter is already posted for cross-examination of the petitioner, this Court is passing the following order:
