The petitioner/wife is before this Court questioning the docket order dated 29.01.2025 passed in I.A.No.II by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mangaluru in Crl.Misc.No.66/2024, wherein the Family Court had observed that as the wife has failed to address the arguments on I.A.No.II, the application for maintenance will be considered on merits and directed to file affidavit of assets and liabilities as directed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in case of Rajnesh Vs. Neha¹ .

When the matter came up before this Court, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after filing this writ petition, the main petition itself is dismissed by the Family Court. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous .
