On 20.03.2024, this court had passed an order that the husband by next date of hearing shall deposit all the pending arrears and no further time will be granted. On that interim order granted earlier was extended till the next date of hearing.

When the matter came up on 23.06.2025, learned counsel appearing for the wife is present and there is no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the husband. Then the writ petition filed by the husband is directed to be listed for dismissal today. Today also there is no representation on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner/husband.
