Annexure-A, would indicate that, the respondent - Police have issued the notice to secure information with regard to Crime No.20/2022 registered by the CEN Crime Police Station, Udupi, for the offence punishable under Section 66(d) of the Information Technology Act.

In that view of the matter, no interference is called for in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
