The prayer in the writ petition reads as under:

"i. Issue a Writ of Certiorari, quashing the impugned Order of disqualification/suspension of the Director Identification Number (DIN) of the Petitioner (having DIN No.00250382), for the period from 01.11.2016 to 31.10.2021 (at Annexure-A), in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

ii. Issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to permit the petitioner (having DIN No.00250382), to be appointed/re-appointed in any other company, without any hindrance."
