The present petition is filed seeking following relief:

Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the trial Court V Addl. Princial Judge, Family Court, Bangalore to dispose of the petition M.C.No.6733/2018 and G & W.C.No.86/2021 filed by the petitioner vide Annexure - A and B within a time period fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

The M.C. is of the year 2018. It is submitted that there may be a direction to dispose of the matter in a time frame. Considering the fact that there are already 36 matters of 2018, this Court is not inclined to fix a timeline. However, the Family Court is directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. This Court is not passing any order against the respondent and disposal is in the interest of both the parties. No notice is issued to the respondent.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of . All IAs. in this petition shall stand closed.
