Prashant Hosmani, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/accused on instructions from the Chief Law Officer of the Corporation submits that the order of learned Single Judge dated 05.04.2024 in W.P.No.112256/2017 has been complied by reinstating the petitioner/complainant into service subject to the outcome of the writ appeal filed by the Corporation.
