The contempt proceedings have been filed seeking to

initiate action against the accused having disobeyed the directions passed in WP No.147471/2020. The direction in WP No.147471/2020 was to consider the representation dated 05.03.2019 enclosed at Annexure-C in the writ proceedings.

Learned AGA submits that in terms of the endorsement dated 12.11.2024, consideration has been completed. Though, counsel for the petitioner submits that the said endorsement is malafide, however, in light of the endorsement furnished, consideration is complete. Correctness of the said endorsement is a matter kept open to be challenged in separate proceedings. Accordingly, contempt proceedings are dropped.
