In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
“(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 07.12.2022 a copy of which is produced at Annexure – E and E1 and direct the respondents to sign the Memorandum of Understanding is produced as Annexure – D1 and abide by the same, after having necessary deliberation and discussion, if need be, with the petitioner to meet the ends of justice.
(ii) Issue any other writ or direction as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.
