ORDER
In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:-
“ a) Direct the Respondent Authorities to consider the Petitioner’s representations dated: 14.12.2023, 14.12.2023, 30.10.2023, 18.10.2023 and 18.10.2023 effectively, produced as Annexure-A to E for handover the Goddess Sri. Talakaveri and Sri. Bhagandeshwara temples administration, day today affairs of the temple, its governance, the financial and expenditure management infavour of the Petitioner trust for monitoring temple administration under Hindu Vidhi Vidhanas, local culture, to protect the identity and sanctity , welfare of the temple, the long term replacement of worship by the Kodavas under spiritual and all spiritual related, and development and all operations related administration under significant manner.
b) Issue any other writ, order or direction and such other order or direction as this Hon’ble Court may deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
