ORDER
In this petition, petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:-
“ A) Allow the petition and direct the respondent bank to consider the application dated: 31.01.2023 within 2 months vide Annexure-A;
b) Pass such other order/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as a last chance the matter may be listed on 10.06.2024, to enable the petitioner to pay the balance sum of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs).
