In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:-

“(a) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondent to consider the representation dated 08.11.2023 vide Annexure-C within the time fixed by this Hon’ble Cour and

(b) Grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity”.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the respondent and perused the material on record.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation at Annexure-C dated 08.11.2023 submitted to the respondent has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.

Per contra, learned AGA for the respondent submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondent would consider and pass necessary orders on the said representation.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and

rival submissions, respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation at Annexure-C dated 08.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders, bearing in mind the material on record produced by the petitioner and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands
